i found a problem on net about this error :This app can't open. The screen resolution is too low for this app to run and they said that they installed Windows 8 Consumer Preview on Samsung NB30 netbook
or any other netwbook .and as we know all netbooks come with 1024×600 or lower screen resolution and the metro style need at least 1024×768 screen resolution.

so this will not let any one test windows 8 in his netbook and use it.if you are already installed windows 8 consumer prevwe in your Netbook

from your keyboard press windows button+R to get Run windows because we will change a value in registry and then type regedit.

Now from registry Editor click on Edit>>Find

on Find windows type display1_downscalingsupported and check Mtach whole string only

now after you will get it just right click and choose Edit then change the value from 0 to 1 if you find more then onedisplay1_downscalingsupported try to do the same of all of them.

this is the last step press OK and restart your computer.

then from your desktop try change the screen resolution and you will be able to see 1024×768 screen resolution. and you will jump this error.

All this hack does is try to trick your computer into thinking you have a higher resolution display using some funky pixel techniques. The end result is some text and graphics might look stretched, cramped, or just downright awful.

Previously I wrote an article on How to Add or Remove Apps on Start Screen/Metro UI, But a few peoples find very difficulty to add My Computer on Start Screen. So In this Article I am going to show you How to Add My Computer icon to Start Screen or Desktop.

Pin My Computer on Start Screen:-

Open Windows Explorer(Win+E) and then on left side you will find a index Tree with Computer. Right click on it and Select Pin to Start.

Now on Start Screen you’ll be find the My Computer icon, Now Drag and Drop My Computer icon to your Desired location.

How to Enable Hibernate in Windows 8 Consumer Preview

Hibernate features allows us to restore the content on the same state when computer was powering off, For example, I was watching a movie before hibernating, so when again i start computer it will resume my movies from where i left it.

You have noticed in the Windows 8 Consumer Preview that it does not have a hibernate option in Shut Down Windows. We have to enable the hibernate option manually.

Enable Hibernate in Windows 8 Consumer Preview:-

Step 1:- Go to Charm Menu By pressing Win+C, or move mouse pointer in the right-bottom-corner and then click on the settings and then Control Panel.

Step 2:- Now in Control Panel click on the “Hardware and Sound” options and then click on the “Power Options”,(you can also open it by Run Command, type “powercfg.cpl” in Run Command and Press Enter.)

Step 3:- Now in Power Options, click on the “Choose what the Power Options do” options.

Step 4:- In this step, click on the “Change settings that are currently unavailable”,

Step 5:- Now on the next window, In Power Options Settings, check “Show Hibernate” option to enable it and then click Save Changes,

How to keep broken files winrar

By way of introduction, there is only one goal in this tutorial, and that is to take you from not being able to deal with Rar files to the point where you can at least extract a file. There is always more to learn, and the last section will have other, much better places to learn them

the First Steps

1. Download and install the current version of WinRar from Rarsoft.com.

2. Once installed then Open WinRar

3. Locate the directory where you have stored ALL the rar files for the post you want and double click on it.

4. Highlight the first file in the archive - in this case it's Moviethisone.rar, but it also could have been Moviethisone.Part001.Rar. Double click on it. You will see

if it's a standard movie file, orif the archive is another storage format - in this case the "bin" "cue" format is used for burning directly to a CD what ever content is within the Bin file. If you wish to extract the information - be it a movie or data, directly to your hard drive, you'll need to use a tool like Vcdgear or ISObuster to complete the extraction.

5. To extract the file, simply click on the "Extract to" button

Or click on COMMANDS and then EXTRACT TO THE SPECIFIED FOLDER

6. Either action will cause a new window to pop up:

Note the destination path, which is by default a "New" folder by the name of the archive which will be placed directly under the directory where the rars are. Also note the highlighted "Keep Broken files". If your archive has bad or missing rars, or you wish to preview the movie, checking this box will allow you a down and dirty way of extracting a partial file (read about it here).

7. Next are two possible Warning windows you could see if for some reason you don't have all the files or if the files are corrupt:

Warning Window One: The first of the two messages above shows "corrupt authenticity information", and is the sign of a sloppy poster, or at least rar archiver. It is not by itself fatal, but would indicate that the ability of WinRar to "test" the validity of the archive is in question.
The second message states that the "r01" file is corrupt. Big problem. If Par files were posted for this set now is the time to use SmartPar and recover the bad files (see "how to Par"). Just shut down Win Rar and repeat the above sets after you've completed the repair with SmartPar. Warning Window Two: This message may be your first clue that you have yet not gotten all of the rar files you need. Use either SmartPar to recover the missing files if possible, or the SFV files to determine what files you're missing; and return to WinRar when you have collected or repaired them.

8. If all went well, you'll next see that a new directory was created just under the one you stored your files in:

And within this directory you'll find, with luck, the file you hoped to haveAnd it would now be most appropriate to sit back and watch
